Culinary stations: $ 15.75 pp to  $38.50 pp
Passed canapés: 6 passed $ 25.75 pp., 8 passed $ 30.00 pp., 10 passed $ 34.50 pp.
Buffet menus: $32.50 to $ 55.50 pp.
Sit-down menus: $ 28.50 to  $ 75..50 pp.
Bar (based on a 3 hour party): juice $  9.75 pp., wine or beer $ 38.75 pp., full open bar $ 49.75 pp., champagne priced out separately
Rentals: rental prices are based on usage, tables, chairs, specialty linen ,silverware, glassware, etc…
Service staff: (based on a 5 hour minimum for a 3 hour event): maitre ’d, head chef $ 38.75 ph., bartender, waiters, kitchen staff  $ 32.50 ph.

Breakfast, service beginning at 7 am
Lunch service from 11am- 4pm
Brunch, service from 10 am-11:30 pm
Snack, service beginning at 2pm
Dinner, service beginning at 4 pm
Kids’ Meals Breakfast and lunch, times of service same as above
Beverage Extras (all breakfasts are served with orange juice, all lunches served with bottled sparkling and still water).

Unless otherwise noted, all prices listed reflect per head charges. A 15% service, set-up, and delivery charge is added to all orders over  $ 250. For all orders under $ 250, there is a $ 45 service fee. Locations outside Manhattan or above 100th Street may call for additional delivery charges.

Set up Client may be charged if needed to rent space prior to day of event
