Rentals: rental prices are based on usage, tables,
chairs, specialty linen ,silverware, glassware, etc…
Service staff: (based on a 5 hour minimum for a 3 hour
event): maitre ’d, head chef $ 38.75 ph., bartender, waiters,
kitchen staff $ 32.50 ph.
Breakfast, service beginning at 7 am
Lunch service from 11am- 4pm
Brunch, service from 10 am-11:30 pm
Snack, service beginning at 2pm
Dinner, service beginning at 4 pm

Beverage Extras (all breakfasts are served with orange
juice, all lunches served with bottled sparkling and still
water).
Unless otherwise noted, all prices listed reflect per head
charges. A 15% service, set-up, and delivery charge is added
to all orders over $ 250. For all orders under $ 250, there
is a $ 45 service fee. Locations outside Manhattan or above
100th Street may call for additional delivery charges.
